The New Whole Nation System and the Construction of a World Digital Economy Power
摘要
Abstract
To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to strengthen and optimize the digital economy,in which the first pri-ority is to make it stronger.To strengthen the digital economy,we must give full play to the advantages of the new whole nation system.Digital technol-ogy is the cornerstone of the digital economy.The competition of the digital economy is essentially the competition of digital technology.The research and development of digital technology faces both technical and market risks.The most fundamental task of giving full play to the advantage of the new whole nation system to strengthen the digital economy is to concentrate on conquering key core digital technologies.In order to successfully win the bat-tle of key core digital technology,China should firmly grasp the strategic window period of digital technology paradigm shift and digital economy power shift,strengthen the centralized leadership and coordination of the CPC Central Committee,integrate and applying the"six armies"of national strate-gic scientific and technological forces,systematically construct a digital technological innovation pattern with multiple interactions among the govern-ment,industry,academia,research and application,and form a digital technological innovation model that embeds governmental and market mecha-nisms in both directions,and organically integrates centralization and flattening,so as to ultimately accelerate the construction of China into a world dig-ital economy power.关键词
