Research Progress on Flexible Employment Choice of Migrant Workers in Gig Economy
摘要
Abstract
Gig economy boosts the development of labor market and urbanization.However,the impact of digital technology progress and Internet plat-form development on flexible employment choice of migrant workers in the gig economy,and through what channels,is an important question that needs to be answered urgently.Firstly,I systematically sorted out the origin and development of gig economy and flexible employment,then,summarized the frontier research fields of gig economy,including the impact of the gig economy on flexible employment choice and income,and analyzed the research-ers'different opinions on whether the gig economy will narrow or widen the income gap.Finally,I discussed the effect of flexible employment and in-come determination mechanism in gig economy from four aspects:the substitution effect of technological progress on labor force,the promotion effect of productivity effect on employment,the influence of skill complementarity on employment structure transformation,and the allocation effect of search and matching mechanism on labor.This research provides scientific basis and decision-making reference for multi-channel flexible employment and citizeni-zation of migrants.关键词
