添加二硼化铪提高聚晶金刚石复合片耐热性能的研究
Research on improving the thermal resistance of polycrystalline diamond compact by adding HfB2

Abstract
Polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC)is extensively used in geological drilling bits and oil & gas well drilling bits,and the improvement of its thermal resistance is very crucial for increasing its working performance of PDC bits.This study aimed to investigate the effect of adding hafnium diboride(HfB2)on the thermal resistance of PDCs and analyze the phase and micro-structure of PDC prepared under high temperature and high pressure by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The research results showed that the proportion of HfC phase increased gradually with the addition of HfB2.Thermal expansion exper-iments demonstrated that the thermal resistance of PDC samples with 0.1 wt.%HfB2 was increased significantly;however the thermal resistance of PDC did not further increase when adding more than 0.1 wt.%HfB2,but the overall thermal expansion value of PDC was reduced.Therefore,the optimal addition amount of H fB2 was identified to be 0.1 wt.%.关键词
