摘要

Abstract

The KXT-CG-1 drilling trajectory measuring instrument for ultra-high temperature has been applied in geothermal wells and scientific drilling wells in Beijing,Yunnan,Heilongjiang,Qinghai and other regions.The problem of drilling trajec-tory measuring in high temperature environment has been solved,and the field measuring solution and process specification of ultra-high temperature borehole trajectory have been formed.This instrument added well temperature measurement based on meeting the requirements of inclination measurement,and is suitable for temperature measurement in high-temperature envi-ronments such as geothermal wells and hot dry rock drilling,and can operated continuously for 4 hours under simulated surface conditions of 270 ℃,which provides strong technical support for drilling trajectory measurement in high-temperature environ-ments.This paper compares and analyzes the experimental measurement data of different drilling sites,and finds that the KXT-CG-1 drilling trajectory measuring instrument for ultra-high temperature has the characteristics of high integration,ad-vanced technology,high measurement accuracy,few auxiliary tools and lightweight structure.The measuring accuracy of incli-nation and azimuth is 0.15° and is 1.5° respectively.
