苯环喹溴铵鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察
Effect of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the curative effect of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(AR),mainly with runny nose,to observe the improvement of the quality of life in patients with seasonal AR,and to determine the safety of bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray.METHODS A total of 60 patients with AR who were treated in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University between August and September 2021 and August and September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,5 patients lost contact,and 55 patients were valid,including 23 female patients and 32 male patients,with a median age of 33 years.All patients were treated with bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray.The patients before and after treatment were used as controls to compare the changes of symptoms and quality of life before and after treatment.RESULTS After treated by bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray for 14 days,the patient's symptoms and quality of life were significantly improved(P<0.001).The total effective rate is 78.43%(40/51),and no significant adverse reactions in patients were observed.CONCLUSION The bencycloquidium bromide nasal spray on AR has a good effect and no significant adverse reactions,which is worth promotion.关键词
