摘要
Abstract
Addressing the sore points as encountered with in the conventional production of the seamless steel pipe,based on the basic principles of"high efficiency,high quality,low cost,and green environmental protection".an ex-ploration plan for intelligent manufacturing of the seamless steel pipe is proposed,i.e.,building a digital production line based on an industrial internet platform,creating an intelligent operation system,an intelligent control and management system for the production line,as well as an intelligent control system for the factory as a whole,and implementing the centralized control of the production line,meanwhile taking the measures of deep excavation and application of the data so as to realize the goal of the smooth operation of the seamless steel pipe production line with high efficiency,high quality and low cost.Furthermore here in the article,based on relevant engineering practice,relevant issues as worth noting and the existing difficulties as met during the process of intelligent transformation of the seamless steel-making enterprise are interpreted and analyzed.关键词
