新时代教育评价改革下大学生综合素质评价模型构建与实践OA
针对大多数高校综合素质评价及现有研究中存在的评价指标体系不全面、指标权重设置不合理及没有衡量各个素质层面均衡发展的问题,利用冰山模型评价分类原则、AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)量化分析和发展均衡度量值,提出新时代教育评价改革下的综合素质评价的探析.利用G大学学生成绩数据,实证分析G大学的学生综合表现力、各个素质层面均衡发展情况和综合测评体系的导向力.结果表明,有一部分同学发展并不均衡,存在"偏科"现象,需要进一步加强相关能力的培养.
At present,the comprehensive quality assessment of most colleges and universities and the existing researches has the problems of incomplete evaluation index system,unreasonable index weight setting,and failure to measure the balanced development of various quality levels.To this end,major universities are further deepening the reform of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation methods for student quality.Using the student achievement data of G University,the classification principle of iceberg model evaluation,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)quantitative analysis and development of equilibrium measures are used to empirically analyze the comprehensive performance of students at G University,the balanced development of various quality levels and the guiding force of the comprehensive assessment system.The results show that the development of some students is uneven,and there is a"partial subject"that needs to be further strengthened.
