新时代教育评价改革下大学生综合素质评价模型构建与实践

Abstract
At present,the comprehensive quality assessment of most colleges and universities and the existing researches has the problems of incomplete evaluation index system,unreasonable index weight setting,and failure to measure the balanced development of various quality levels.To this end,major universities are further deepening the reform of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation methods for student quality.Using the student achievement data of G University,the classification principle of iceberg model evaluation,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)quantitative analysis and development of equilibrium measures are used to empirically analyze the comprehensive performance of students at G University,the balanced development of various quality levels and the guiding force of the comprehensive assessment system.The results show that the development of some students is uneven,and there is a"partial subject"that needs to be further strengthened.关键词
