场域视阈下高校"一站式"学生社区综合管理模式创新实践路径研究

Abstract
The construction of"One-stop"comprehensive management model for student communities is an important lever and approach to deepen the reform of student management models and implement the"New Talent Casting Project of the Times".It has important connotations and contemporary value in strengthening the leadership of student party building,implementing the fundamental task of moral education,and constructing a"three comprehensive education"pattern.In response to the practical problems in the pilot promotion process of the"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model,such as the need for unified understanding of concepts,sinking of educational strength,follow-up of condition guarantee,and improvement of service efficiency,this article draws on Bourdieu's field theory to optimize the spatial carrier of the field and create a highland for cultivating"new people of the times",deepen the interaction between field subjects and consolidate the forefront of"Party building leadership",realizing the supply of capital in the field and building a practical park for"comprehensive education".We propose the path of"four modernizations"in terms of refining the guidance of field habits,building innovative bases for"digital empowerment",and achieving consensus on educational concepts,gathering educational forces,expanding educational functions,and improving educational efficiency,in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of an"one-stop"comprehensive management model for student communities.关键词
