Expert consensus on integrated management and technical services for cervical cancer medical and prevention in maternal and child health care system
摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer is preventable and controllable,yet it remains a serious threat to women's health.The comprehensive intervention strategy of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination,cervical cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment is a crucial pathway to achieve the goals of the global goal of eliminating cervical cancer.China has now established a relatively complete maternal and child health care system,which plays an important role in providing technical services and management for cervical cancer prevention and control among the population.Establishing a comprehensive management model and collaborative mechanism for cervical cancer medical and prevention within the maternal and child health care system,which integrates health education,vaccination,screening,diagnosis and treatment,and follow-up management are of great public health importance for improving the accessibility of prevention and treatment services and accelerating the goal of cervical cancer elimination.Based on comprehensive research and expert discussions on China's maternal and child health care system,this consensus systematically reviewed the roles,service modes,and bottleneck factors of the maternal and child health care system in cervical cancer prevention and control,proposing the construction of a dual-path model for integrated medical and preventive services within maternal and child health institutions and a full-process closed-loop model for medical and preventive services between maternal and child health institutions,as well as the key elements and construction principles for realizing the integrated medical and preventive model,providing guidance and recommendations for promoting the transformation of cervical cancer prevention and control services in China's maternal and child health system towards continuity,integration,and systematic transformation.关键词
