摘要
Abstract
Depression is a common and highly recurrent psychiatric disorder,whose pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Ferroptosis,a novel form of cell death proposed in 2012,plays a role in various injuries and diseases.Studies have shown that the pathway of ferroptosis is significantly activated in mouse models of depression,and inhibitors of ferroptosis help improve depressive symptoms,suggesting that ferroptosis may be involved in the development of depression.This article will review the basic characteristics of ferroptosis and the pathways that may lead to depression.关键词
