摘要
Abstract
Objective:To describe the intervention methods of music therapy in post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)from the perspective of intervention classification and components, and to analyze its development from a clinical application standpoint, providing new insights for future research in this field. Methods:Using the scoping review guidelines by Arksey and O'Malley as the methodological framework,a systematic search was conducted in major Chinese and English electronic databases(CNKI,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,Medline)for relevant literature on music therapy interventions for PTSD.Data on music therapy measures and therapeutic effects were extracted for comprehensive analysis. Results:A total of 18 studies were included. The subjects of the included studies were patients with PTSD due to war, physical disability, violent abuse, terrorist incidents, etc.Music interventions were primarily conducted in groups and through a receptive listening approach;music was not used as a sole intervention but was usually combined with drug treatment. Most studies showed that compared to the conventional treatment group, the music therapy group effectively improved the core and associated symptoms of PTSD patients. Conclusion:Existing studies have employed various music intervention measures to alleviate symptoms such as avoidance,re-experiencing,sleep disturbance, anxiety, and depression in PTSD patients. However, there is no unified technical standard or guideline to direct the formulation of music intervention measures. The clinical heterogeneity of PTSD patients indicates that only diversified and personalized music therapy programs can effectively meet the needs of the patient population.Overall, research in this field is lacking, and developing standardized technical guidelines for music therapy is an urgent task at present.关键词
