基于CFD的某畜禽车厢体内机械通风优化设计
Optimization design of mechanical ventilation of the carriage body of a livestock and poultry carrier based on CFD simulation

Abstract
To study the effect of the internal structure of the carriage of a livestock and poultry carrier on temperature field and wind speed field,and to understand the flow state and temperature distribution of the air flow in the carriage,the CFD model was established by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,and the temperature field and wind speed field of the carriage were simulated and analyzed.By comparing the simulated values of the model with the measured values,the results show that the maximum absolute error between the simulated values and the measured values is 1.8℃;there are 20 measuring points with the relative error range of temperature value within 5%;and there are 21 measuring points with the relative error range of wind speed value within 10%.The simulated results are in good agreement with the measured values.By changing the structure of the bulkhead in the carriage body and the size and number of the ventilation holes,the optimization scheme is provided.After the optimization,the temperature uniformity in the carriage body is significantly improved and the temperature is significantly reduced,which provides a reliable basis for the optimization of the internal environment of the carriage.关键词
