摘要

Abstract

The ultrasonic fatigue performance of Ti6Al4V alloy for ultrasonic scalpel with different elastic modulus were studied.Harmonic response analysis was carried out on specimens with elastic moduli of 95,100,105 and 110 GPa under the condition of displacement amplitude ranging from 20~100 μm and frequency of(20.0±0.5)kHz.Finite element static structural analysis was carried out based on the data.The nCode DesignLife was used to analyze the fatigue damage cloud map and fatigue life cloud map of Ti6Al4V alloy with different elastic modulus,and the S-N curve was drawn.The results show that with the increase of elastic modulus of titanium alloy,its ultrasonic fatigue performance shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,among which the ultrasonic fatigue performance is the lowest when the elastic modulus is 105 GPa.
