柑橘大实蝇辐射不育虫向橘园内的扩散与分布效应OA
Dispersion and Distribution of Radiation-Sterilized Bactrocera minax in Citrus Orchards
为了探究在橘园杂树侧边缘释放柑橘大实蝇辐射不育虫后其扩散能力和分布状况,在橘园内毗邻杂树的一侧设置1个辐射不育虫释放点,在橘园内遍布54个回收点,测定柑橘大实蝇辐射虫的扩散距离与分布情况.诱集到辐射不育雌虫和雄虫的回收点距释放点最近距离均为5.64m,最远均为144.28m,其中80.8%可诱集到雌虫的回收点或78.6%可诱集到雄虫的回收点位于100 m内.各扩散范围内,柑橘大实蝇辐射不育雌虫的虫量占比间、辐射不育雄虫的虫量占比间均无显著差异(P>0.05).同一扩散范围内,柑橘大实蝇辐射不育虫量占比雌虫与雄虫间无显著差异(P>0.05).柑橘大实蝇辐射不育雌雄虫累积占比与扩散距离符合回归方程y=0.0062x+0.0503(R2=0.9377)和y=0.0055x+ 0.1068(R2=0.9730).理论上,柑橘大实蝇辐射不育雌虫累积占比为 10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%时,其扩散距离分别为8.0 m、24.1 m、40.3 m、56.4 m、72.5 m、88.7 m、104.8 m、120.9 m、137.0 m、153.2 m.辐射不育雄虫累积占比为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%时,其扩散距离分别为1.2 m、16.9 m、35.1 m、53.3 m、71.5 m、89.7 m、107.9 m、126.0 m、144.2 m、162.4 m.从橘园杂树侧边缘释放,柑橘大实蝇辐射不育虫有能力扩散至全园.
To investigate the dispersion capacity and distribution of radiation-sterilized Bactroc-era minax released beside weed trees of the citrus orchard,a radiation-sterilized insect release point was set up on the beside weed trees in the orchard and 54 recovery points had been randomly placed in the citrus orchard to determine distribution and dispersion distances of radiation-sterilized B.minax insects.The closest distance between recovery points and B.minax released point was 5.64 m,and the farthest distance 144.28 m.80.8%of the recovery points that could trap female insects or 78.6%of the recovery points that could trap the male insects were within 100 m.There was no sig-nificant difference(P>0.05)between the proportion of radiation-sterilized female insects and the pro-portion of radiation-sterilized male insects of B.minax in all dispersion.Within the same dispersion,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the proportion of radiation-sterilized female and male B.minax insects.The cumulative proportion and dispersion distance of radiation-sterilized male and female B.minax insects conformed to the linear equations y=0.0062x+0.0503(R2=0.9377)and y= 0.0055x+0.1068(R2=0.9730).Theoretically,when the cumulative proportion of female B.minax in-sects was 10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90%and 100%,the dispersion distance was 8.0 m,24.1 m,40.3 m,56.4 m,72.5 m,88.7 m,104.8 m,120.9 m,137.0 m and 153.2 m,respec-tively.When the cumulative proportion of male B.minax insects was 10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90%and 100%,the dispersion distance was 1.2 m,16.9 m,35.1 m,53.3 m,71.5 m,89.7 m,107.9 m,126.0 m,144.2 m and 162.4 m,respectively.Radiation-sterilized B.minax insects released beside weed trees of the citrus orchard could make the insects spread over the entire orchard.
