对氯苯氧乙酸钠对沃柑保鲜效果的影响
Effects of Sodium 4-Chlorophenxyacetate on Preser-vation of Orah Mandarin
摘要
Abstract
This paper was conducted to test the compound of sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate and citrus fungicides[imidazole and Bellkute(albesilate)]to treat the orah mandarin fruits.The weight loss rate,decay rate,soluble solids content,and titratable acid content in the fruits were mea-sured during a 60-day storage period under different treatment conditions.The results showed that:the treatment of 40%Bellkute 0.5 g/L,22.2%imidazole 1 mL/L and sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate 1 g/L could improve the efficiency of the preservative to reduce the fungicide usage,and adding so-dium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate could significantly help keep the internal quality of the fruits,slow down the decline in soluble solids content and titratable acidity,reduce the fruit decay rate,thereby strongly supporting for the sustainable development of the orah mandarin industry.关键词
