广西全州县金槐种植区土壤硒含量及其与金槐米中硒的相关性分析OA

Correlation Analysis of Selenium Content in Soil and Selenium in Flos Sophorae Immaturus in So-phora japonica Planting Area of Quanzhou County of Guangxi

采集广西全州县金槐主要种植区土壤样品和对应金槐米样品进行检测与分析,探讨全州金槐米中硒含量与其种植土壤中硒含量的相关性.结果表明:该研究区域土壤硒含量为 0.27~2.22 mg/kg,平均值为 0.82 mg/kg,为富硒土壤.金槐米样本硒含量为 0.020~0.122 mg/kg,平均含量为0.042 mg/kg.对土壤硒含量和对应金槐米硒含量数据进行相关性分析,得到回归方程为 y=0.0115x+0.0325,相关系数r=0.264>r0.05=0.203,表明金槐米硒含量(y)与土壤硒含量(x)存在显著的正相关.

Soil samples and corresponding Flos sophorae immaturus samples in the main plant-ing area of Quanzhou County,Guangxi were collected for detection and analysis and the correlation of selenium content in Flos sophorae immaturus and its planting soil was discussed.The results showed that:the selenium content in the study area was 0.27-2.22 mg/kg and the average value was 0.82 mg/kg,which was selenium-rich.The selenium content in the Flos sophorae immaturus samples was 0.020-0.122 mg/kg,and the mean content was 0.042 mg/kg.Correlation analysis of soil selenium content and corresponding Flos sophorae immaturus selenium content data were modeled in a regression equation of y=0.0115x+0.0325 with correlation coefficient of r=0.264>r0.05=0.203,in-dicating a significant positive correlation between selenium content(y)in Flos sophorae immaturus and soil selenium content(x).
