摘要
Abstract
Phosphorene has sparked a huge research wave since it is discovered,and it has been widely used in catalysis,biomedicine,energy,and food fields.Phosphene is rich in phosphorus atoms,which is prone to react with oxygen and water to form phosphate derivatives due to the presence of lone pair electrons on its surface.The methods of micromechanical peeling,electrochemical peeling,and high-pressure homogenization exist drawbacks such as inability to prepare in large batches,large size,and thick interlayer spacing.Therefore,the mechanical ball milling method was carried out to prepare in this article.The structure of phosphene were characterized through Raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD),proving the successful preparation of phosphene.Subsequently,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)were adopted to observe the morphology characteristics of the phosphene,indicating that phosphene have a relatively thin layered structure.This article will provide a new strategy for the large-scale preparation of phosphenes.关键词
