摘要

Abstract

A parametric modelling method is presented for young children's clothing patterns based on the anal-ysis of their body type data.Following the collection of body shape data from young children,a Nurbs curve is utilised in combination with Donghua children's clothing prototyping rules to construct a geometric approximate model of children's clothing patterns.The model is based on key variables such as height,chest circumference,and hip circumference.A linkage model of 3D and 2D is established,and the pattern is imported into virtual fit-ting software for simulation validation and evaluation.The study demonstrates that Rhino can be used to estab-lish geometric constraints between key parameters and patterns,resulting in the quick generation of personalised children's wear patterns.The paper samples generated by this method have a maximum error of less than 1mm when compared to manual paper samples.Additionally,the pressure range of the children's clothing prototypes is 0~2.753 kpa,meeting both fit and aesthetic requirements.Compared to traditional plate making and program-ming parametric methods,Rhino plate making is faster and uses simpler language,reducing the difficulty of parametric plate making.This shortens the production cycle for apparel enterprises and increases the accuracy of personalised clothing plate making.It reduces the difficulty of creating parametric plates,shortens the produc-tion cycle of apparel enterprises,and improves the accuracy and efficiency of personalized plate making.
