摘要

Abstract

A remote detection robot is designed to detect hidden hazards of power equipment in dangerous scenes,which can be used to remotely detect the status of equipment with hidden hazards,avoiding the loss caused by direct power failure,and ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.This paper discusses in detail the structure,function and control system design of the remote detection robot,and also makes a detailed description on the multi-sensor intelligent detection and awareness module.The test results show that the remote detection robot can be remotely controlled in dangerous scenarios,and use a double swing arm tracked chassis to reach a designated location through complex terrain.By using the mounted multi-sensor detection and awareness module to accurately detect and perceive the parts of the equipment with hidden hazard,power workers can obtain equipment information and make decisions in a safe area.
