闪光法测量C/C复合材料导热系数影响因素研究
Study on Influencing Factors of Measuring Thermal Conductivity of C/C Composites by Laser Flash Method

Abstract
C/C composites have been widely used in aerospace and atomic energy fields,and their working temperature can reach more than 1000℃.In order to measure the thermal conductivity of C/C composites,the thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity of C/C composites at temperature varying from 25℃ to 1000℃ were measured by laser flash method.The effects of graphite coating,sample thickness,reference sample and correction procedures were studied.In order to improve the test accuracy of thermal diffusivity of C/C composites,the sample should not be sprayed with graphite,and the test results should be corrected by using the infiltration procedure.In order to improve the accuracy of the specific heat capacity of C/C composites,the sample should be uniformly sprayed with graphite,the graphite standard sample should be used as the reference sample,and the test results should be corrected by Cowan method.关键词
