Abstract

In order to realize the collaborative removal of various pollutants with low energy consumption and high efficiency,the orthogonal test method was used to optimize the synergistic adsorption effect of zeolite/oyster shell(Z-OS)composite on NH4+-N and PO43-under different conditions(raw material ratio,reagent dosage,roasting temperature and roasting time).The optimum ratio conditions are as follows:In the material selection for adsorption of PO43-,m(zeolite)∶m(oyster shell)is 2∶1,ω(ethylene glycol)is 20%,the roasting temperature is 700 ℃,and the roasting time is 90 min;In the material selection for adsorption of NH4+-N,m(zeolite)∶m(oyster shell)is 2∶1,ω(ethylene glycol)is 20%,roasting temperature is 600 ℃,roasting time is 30 min.Under the optimal adsorption conditions,the adsorption rates of PO43-and NH4+-N can reach 97.27%and 83.18%respectively.Through SEM and BET characterization,it was found that the surface microstructure of Z-OS composite was rough and showed irregular group structure,which was typical mesoporous structure and the pore size was concentrated in 2.3~7.4 nm.
