Abstract
The research aims to explore in depth the fatigue performance of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)materials applied to the floats of floating photovoltaic power stations in the marine environment.Through experimental research,theoretical analysis and case studies,the influence of marine environmental factors on the fatigue performance of HDPE materials used for floats of floating photovoltaic power stations was investigated,and improvement strategies were proposed.It was found that in the marine environment,the modified HDPE materials demonstrated superior anti-fatigue characteristics when used for floating photovoltaic floats.Using efficient light shielding agents,light absorbing assistants and alloy mixtures as physical protection,while using persistent high and low temperature antioxidants,polymer UV stabilizers,antifatigue agents and UV activated toughening systems,can enhance the anti-aging and processing performance of HDPE materials.The durability and stability of modified HDPE materials used for floating photovoltaic power station floats in the marine environment has been improved.关键词
