摘要

Abstract

Based on the engineering background of the impact of No.N2105 Face in the final stage of mining on the coal roadway group in front of its stop line,on-site measurement and research indicated that the impact of mining disturbance caused varying degrees of damage to the surrounding rock of the coal seam roadway group.Based on this,simulation analysis using UDEC3D discrete element software showed that the vertical stress peak in the coal body could be effectively reduced after the roof above the coal pillar cracks.At the same time,according to the simulation analysis of COMSOL Multiphysics 6.0 simulation software,the optimal grouting pressure and water-cement ratio were 1.0 MPa and 1.5∶1 respectively.During the on-site industrial test stage,the monitoring data of the mine pressure by setting up a measuring station in the 1 # return air roadway showed that the convergence rate of the two sides and top and bottom of the surrounding rock was controlled within 5%,and the overall deformation control effect of the roadway surrounding rock was significant.
