采煤机截割部扭矩轴结构形式设计与优选OA

基于斜沟煤矿MG900/2210-GWD型采煤机截割部扭矩轴,采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,开展了U型结构卸荷槽、V型结构卸荷槽、I型结构卸荷槽对扭矩轴静强度的影响分析.结果表明,U型结构卸荷槽应力集中分布情况比较均匀,且数值合适,可以满足应用要求,相比V型和I型结构卸荷槽,能够更好的起到传动和过载保护的作用,是采煤机截割部扭矩轴较为理想的结构形式.研究结果为类似情况的采煤机截割部扭矩轴设计提供了参考.

Based on the torque shaft of MG900/2210-GWD shearer cutting unit in Xiegou Coal Mine,the influence of U-shaped structure unloading groove,V-shaped structure unloading groove and I-shaped structure unloading groove on the static strength of torque shaft was analyzed by using ANSYS finite element simulation software.The results show that the stress concentration distribution of the U-shaped structure unloading groove is relatively uniform,and the value is suitable,which can meet the application requirements.Compared with the V-shaped and I-shaped structure unloading groove,it can better play the role of transmission and overload protection.It is an ideal structural form of the torque shaft of the shearer cutting unit.The research results provide a reference for the design of torque shaft of shearer cutting unit in similar situations.
