综掘工作面粉尘运移沉降规律及三压带分段注水降尘技术OA
Dust migration and settlement law of fully mechanized excavation face and dust reduction technology of segmented water injection in three pressure zones
针对永定庄煤业综掘工作面粉尘治理难的问题,利用欧拉-拉格朗日法,通过数值模拟方法研究Ⅱ1084风巷掘进工作面在生产过程中的粉尘沉降运移规律.根据现场注水实验表明,在注水实验孔1.5 m内,煤层含水量平均增长大于1.5%,因此可设定1.5 m为注水有效湿润半径.通过煤层三压带分段注水和高压喷雾综合降尘措施后,工作面回风侧15m的总粉尘浓度达到了 43.2 mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘浓度达到了 8.2mg/m3.
Aiming at the difficult problem of dust control in fully mechanized excavation face of Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry,the Euler-Lagrangian method is used to study the dust deposition and migration law of Ⅱ1084 air roadway excavation face in the production process by numerical simulation method.According to the field water injection experiment,it is shown that the average increase of coal seam water content is greater than 1.5%within 1.5 m of the water injection experiment hole,so 1.5 m can be set as the effective wetting radius of water injection.After the comprehensive dust reduction measures of segmented water injection and high-pressure spray in the three-pressure zone of the coal seam,the total dust concentration at 15 m on the return air side of the working face reached 43.2 mg/m3,and the respirable dust concentration reached 8.2 mg/m3.
