Research Progress on Preparation Technology of Cemented Carbide Wear-resistant Layer for Milling Tools
摘要
Abstract
The milling tools are important equipment for underground well repair.With the increasing number of underground operations in China's petroleum engineering,research on optimizing the performance and service life of milling tools has become increasingly important.The research progress on the preparation methods of hard alloy wear-resistant layers at home and abroad is systematically introduced,and the methods with good application prospects are analyzed,including laser cladding,arc welding,plasma welding,and brazing.The focus is on the component development and welding process optimization of hard alloys and filler materials.A reference is provided for the development of strengthening materials and processing technology for future milling tools.关键词
