摘要

Abstract

The plasma arc welding(PAW)+ gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)technology is used to weld 2205 duplex stainless steel.During GTAW welding process,the effects of heat input and shielding gas on the low-temperature impact toughness of the material welding site are studied,and through metallographic and SEM analysis the microstructure are analyzed.The results show that the heat input can affect the morphology and the proportion of austenitic and ferrite grains during GTAW welding.When the heat input is 1.76 kJ/cm,the low temperature(-46℃)impact performance of the welding part is the best.The addition of N2 in the protective gas will affect the proportion of austenite and ferrite and the precipitation amount of CrN/Cr2N in the ferrite.It may lead to the formation of microvoids.When the addition amount of N2 is 1%,the low temperature(-46℃)impact performance of the welding site is the best.
