摘要
Abstract
The physical and chemical properties,hydrogen-induced cracking,stress corrosion of the base material and weld of 120 ksi steel grade small tubing developed by high strength coil and high frequency welding(HFW)process were studied.The physical and chemical properties of 120 ksi small tubing samples are well controlled,but there are a lot of cracks in hydrogen induced cracking tests,and the crack sensitivity rate,crack length rate and crack thickness rate are high.The stress corrosion resistance of the pipe is poor,and the sample pipe has a lot of cracks or fractures under 66%σs stress loading.It indicates that the ordinary 120 ksi strength level of tubing can not meet the requirements of hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance.关键词
