Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore how to realize flood resource dispatching in the Chaobai River(Beijing section).The current situation of the Chaobai River Basin is introduced,including the basic situation,the feasibility of flood resource management,and the current overview of the main water conservancy projects.The existing problems in flood forecasting,water conservancy infrastructure construction,river flood discharge and flood storage and detention area functions in the Chaobai River Basin are pointed out.Finally,the countermeasures and measures for transforming flood disasters into flood resources in the Chaobai River Basin are discussed,including enhancing the scientific and forward-looking nature of the reservoir's flood regulation and storage capacity,building an engineering system for basin flood transfer to resources,improving the basin water network engineering system,and improving the legal system for flood resource dispatching.关键词
