Abstract
The bidding and tendering work for water conservancy engineering construction is a procedural work carried out strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the relevant norms and systems in the water conservancy industry.The full understanding and effective application of regulations is very important and crucial.In the specific practical process of bidding and tendering work,there may be varying degrees of deviation in the understanding and understanding of regulations and systems.The common key issues in the process of water conservancy engineering bidding management are analyzed and explored,including the relationship between the"Tendering and Bidding Law"and the"Government Procurement Law",situations where bidding and re bidding can be avoided,and changes in the substantive content of guarantees and contracts in the field of water conservancy engineering.It elaborates on its own thinking and understanding for exploration and reference.关键词
