摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the potential explosion risk of methane and coal dust two-phase system.The experiment using 20 L spherical explosion test system studies the explosion law behind methane/coal dust mixture and the effect of initial turbulence on the explosion pressure of methane/coal dust mixture.The results show that the explosion pressure of methane/coal dust mixture is mainly decided by the mass concentration of coal dust in the two-phase system,and the maximum explosion pressure ris-ing rate and initial explosion pressure rising rate are mainly decided by the methane volume fraction in the two-phase system;when the coal dust concentration is 350 g/m3,the ignition delay time increases from 80 ms to 110 ms and 140 ms,the explosion duration increases by 67.716 5% and 94.953 1%,and the explosion pressure decreases by 14.123 5% and 32.199 3%,respectively.The proposed new prediction model for the maximum explosion pressure of methane and coal dust two-phase system has better applica-bility after testing.
