摘要

Abstract

This paper seeks to prepare an efficient and environmentally friendly transition metal cata-lysts for better toluene oxidation.The study involves synthesizing three different Mn3O4/AC catalysts with the in-situ growth method,in-situ redox precipitation method and deposition-precipitation method,per-forming the structural analysis of Mn3O4/AC catalysts by using the characterized methods,such as XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,TPR and TPD,and evaluating the catalytic performance on toluene based on toluene conversion.The results show that Mn3O4/AC-RP catalyst synthesized by in-situ redox precipitation method has the most efficient catalytic toluene combustion activity,the complete conversion of toluene is at 210℃under the condition of the weight hourly space velocity of 20 000 mL/(g·h)and the toluene volume fraction of 1 000×10-10,as which is related to its excellent redox ability and lattice oxygen mobility.
