Multi-domain physical modeling and experimental study of mechanical release unit of acoustic releaser
摘要
Abstract
This paper is concerned with the insight that the success rate of acoustic releaser is deter-mined by the release process of the mechanical release unit.In order to validate the release process and the performance of the developed prototype,the study involves establishing a multi-domain physical model using a model-based design approach;conducting simulation tests to verify the structural performance of the mechanical release unit;and performing the pressure kettle tests,load resistance tensile tests,and a 10 000-meter sea trial on the prototype.The results demonstrate that under maximum working conditions(11 km depth and 10 t payload),the developed mechanical release unit prototype successfully achieves its intended function by the similation tests,the pressure kettle tests,load resistance tensile tests and the 10 000-meter sea trial.关键词
