摘要

Abstract

This paper attempts to address the differences between the traditional theoretical design,working conditions and the actual work for the torque shaft of the drum shearer.The study involves estab-lishing a torsional fracture correction model of the torque shaft with elastic-plastic deformation analysis method;verifying the accuracy of the theoretical mode by the specimen torsional fracture test;analyzing the factors affecting the torque fracture parameters by orthogonal test;and giving the algorithm of elastic-plastic torsional cross-section modulus in conformity with the reality.The results show that the loading mode has a significant influence on the ultimate torque value at the time of torsion fracture,accounting for 63%,and has non-significant influence on the radius of the unloading groove.Based on the test results,the loading influence factor is increased in theoretical formula for torsion fracture,and the influencing fac-tor coefficients of the slow loading,fast loading,and oscillating loading are determined to be 1,0.99,and 0.96,respectively.The torque shaft torsion fracture test truly reflects the actual working state of torque shaft fracture.Through the experimental research,the modified torque shaft torsion fracture theo-retical algorithm provides a basis for standardizing the theoretical design of torque shaft.
