摘要

Abstract

The fly ash and bottom slag generated from hazardous waste incineration,pyrolysis processes are still hazardous waste.Its disposal takes up a lot of land.The composition and melting characteristics of hazardous waste ash and slag were analyzed,and the corresponding oxygen enriched combustion melting process,waste heat recovery process and flue gas purification process were designed.According to the judgment of solid waste vitrification products,environmental safety quality requirements and application technical requirements,the resource utilization direction of vitrification products of melting process were determined.The following conclusions are drawn:the fuel type oxygen enriched combustion melting vitrification process can solidify heavy metals and completely decompose dioxins,solving the problem of secondary pollution in hazardous waste landfill.The waste heat of system flue gas can be recycled to reduce system energy consumption,and the molten vitrification products can replace building materials for resource reuse.
