摘要

Abstract

In order to recover the waste heat generated by thermal recovery of heavy oil at the wellhead,the flow field and temperature field of fluid in rectangular channel were numerically simulated.The influence of parameters on flow and heat transfer characteristics was analyzed,and the correlations of both flow pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient were presented.The results show that the mass fraction of non-condensable gas has the greatest influence on the flow and heat transfer.With the increase of non-condensable gas mass fraction,the heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger become worse and the flow resistance increases gradually.When the mass fraction of non-condensable gas is greater than 10%,the flow and heat transfer characteristics are largely unaffected.With the augment of flow velocity and decrease of hydraulic diameter,the heat transfer performance and flow resistance increase.Increase of inlet temperature can reduce the length of condensation section,thus resulting in a decrease in the overall pressure drop of the heat exchanger.
