海洋经济发展试点政策对海洋经济高质量发展的影响研究OA

The high-quality development of marine economy is the key to be maritime power.This paper based on the theoretical analysis and the panel data of 11 coastal Provinces(Autonomous Region,Munici-palities)of China from 2008 to 2019,empirically examined the impact of the marine economic development pilot policies on the high-quality development of marine economy by using the difference-in-difference method and dynamic SDM.The results showed that the overall quality of China's marine economic devel-opment showed a fluctuating upward trend,with Shanghai and Guangdong ranked among the top,while Hainan and Guangxi were relatively backward.The marine economic development pilot policies had signifi-cantly improved the quality of marine economic development,and the research conclusions were still valid after a series of robustness tests.The marine economic development pilot policies could promote high-qual-ity development of the marine economy through technological innovation.The marine economic develop-ment pilot policies had a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of ma-rine economy in neighboring areas.
