The Identification of Ecological Environment Destruction in Fishery Waters
摘要
Abstract
A good fishery water environment is an important guarantee for the formation and development of aquatic economic animals and plants,and the protection of the fishery water environment is the basic premise to maintain the sustainable development of fisheries.In order to firmly establish the concept of"Green water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver",fully establish and maintain the eco-logical environment of fishery waters,and achieve a harmonious coexistence between man and nature,it's necessary to strengthen the protection of the of law.The concept of ecological environment destruction in fishery waters has been clearly expressed in the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws,but there are many legal problems on how to determine it.Therefore,it is of great theoreti-cal and practical significance to identify the ecological environment destruction in fishery waters.Improving the ecological environment destruction identification system helps to curb ecological environment destruc-tion to a greater extent and protect ecological environment interests.关键词
