双歧杆菌及绿茶对肥胖小鼠体质量及摄食因子的调节作用
REGULATION OF BIFIDOBACTERIUM AND GREEN TEA ON WEIGHT AND FEEDING FACTORS IN OBESE MICE

Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulatory mechanism of bifidobacterium and green tea on body weight and food intake factors in obese mice.Methods Thirty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal diet group(Group N)and high-fat diet group(Group C).The mice were divided into the following groups:blank control group(Group C),low dose of probiotics addition group(Group ED1),high dose of probiotics addition group(Group ED2)and green tea addition feeding group(Group TG).The food intake,body weight,blood lipid and serum Ghrelin and Nesfatin-1 expression levels were observed.Results 1.After modeling,the body weights of the high-fat group were greater than that of the common feeding group N(P<0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group C,the body weights of ED1,ED2 and TG groups were decreased(P<0.05).After eight weeks of intervention,compared with the ED1 and ED2 groups,the body weight of TG group was more(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of intervention,compared with control group C,the food intake of ED1 group,ED2 group and TG group decreased(P<0.05).3.The contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the high fat diet group 4 were higher than those in the normal diet group N(P<0.05).Compared with the control group C,the blood lipid levels in the ED 1,ED2,and TG groups were decreased after eight weeks of intervention(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group C,the serum levels of Nesfatin-1 were increased in ED1,ED2 and TG groups,while the level of Ghrelin was decreased(P<0.05),with the most significant change in TG group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diet supplemented with Bifidobacterium and green tea could effectively re-duce the body weight of obese mice and regulate their lipid metabolism levels,meanwhile increase the serum concen-tration of Nesfatin-1 and reduce the expression level of ghrelin.关键词
