Abstract
With the rapid development of the digital economy,enterprise groups need to accelerate their digital and intelligent transformation.The treasurer,as an important carrier of group operation and management,also needs to undergo corresponding transformation.To meet the three basic requirements of the digital and intelligent transformation of the treasurer,it is necessary to innovate and design the functional architecture of the digital and intelligent transformation of the treasurer from three levels:the operational level,resources control level,and decision analysis level.In order to support this functional architecture,it is necessary to start to innovate and design the technical organization for the digital and intelligent transformation of the treasurer from four aspects:progressiveness,integration,security,and expandability.Finally,in order to ensure the establishment of a smart treasurer,it is necessary to provide strong support measures from four key aspects:sound mechanisms,process control,standard optimization,and data governance.关键词
