供水用球墨铸铁管质量评价指标体系OACSTPCD

供水系统是城市重要的市政基础设施之一,供水管道质量直接影响供水系统安全运行.球墨铸铁管具有机械性能良好、耐腐蚀性能优异等优点,目前在市政供水系统中被广泛应用.但现行产品标准主要侧重于工厂质量控制,且部分指标的检测方法不适用于球墨铸铁成品管.文中针对供水用球墨铸铁管,基于产品特点和现行标准,遴选了关键质量指标及相应检测方法,并构建供水用球墨铸铁管质量评价指标体系,包括几何尺寸、外涂层与内衬、力学性能和金相组织,其中壁厚和锌层质量分别采用三坐标测量仪和金相显微镜.质量评价指标体系可为供水用球墨铸铁管的质量管控提供参考.

The water supply system is one of the important municipal infrastructures in the city.The quality of water supply pipeline directly affects the safe operation of water supply system.Ductile iron pipe is widely used in municipal water supply system due to the advantages of good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance.However,the current product standards focus primarily on quality control in factory,and the detection methods of partial indexes are inapplicable to the finished ductile iron pipe.In this paper,the key quality indices and corresponding detection methods were selected based on product characteristics and current standards,including geometric dimensions,outer coating and inner lining,mechanical properties and metallographic structure.Three-coordinate measuring machine and metallographic microscope were applied to the measurement of wall-thickness and zinc coating quality.The quality assessment indices system of ductile iron pipes for water supply is constructed to provide reference for quality control of ductile iron pipes for water supply.
