供水用球墨铸铁管质量评价指标体系
Index System of Quality Assessment for Water Supply Ductile Iron Pipes
摘要
Abstract
The water supply system is one of the important municipal infrastructures in the city.The quality of water supply pipeline directly affects the safe operation of water supply system.Ductile iron pipe is widely used in municipal water supply system due to the advantages of good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance.However,the current product standards focus primarily on quality control in factory,and the detection methods of partial indexes are inapplicable to the finished ductile iron pipe.In this paper,the key quality indices and corresponding detection methods were selected based on product characteristics and current standards,including geometric dimensions,outer coating and inner lining,mechanical properties and metallographic structure.Three-coordinate measuring machine and metallographic microscope were applied to the measurement of wall-thickness and zinc coating quality.The quality assessment indices system of ductile iron pipes for water supply is constructed to provide reference for quality control of ductile iron pipes for water supply.关键词
