融合卷积神经网络和分布式技术电网作业票管理系统的设计与实现OA北大核心CSTPCD
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POWER GRID WORK TICKET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON CONVOLUTION NEURAL NETWORK AND DISTRIBUTED TECHNOLOGY
作业票制度是电网企业进行电力安全生产检修的重要措施,作业票管理系统的可靠高效运行对保障国家电网的高效工作运转,企业的安全生产以及上亿人民群众的 日常用电意义重大.针对当前电网作业票签审流转过程中人工签审不便、冒签难以审查、纸质作业票后续存储管理困难等问题,设计一种新型的基于卷积神经网络技术的分布式电网作业票管理系统.引入移动终端技术,实现在线作业票审核、签署、风险评估和远程监控;引入分布式服务端技术,提高系统的稳定性与安全性;引入基于卷积神经网络技术的签名审核以及人脸识别,避免签审流程中的代签、冒签现象.
The work ticket system is an important measure for power grid enterprises to conduct safety production and maintenance.The reliable and efficient operation of the work ticket management system is of great significance to ensure the efficient operation of the national power grid,the safe production of enterprises and the daily electricity consumption of hundreds of millions of people.Aiming at the inconvenience of manual signing and review during the current grid work ticket signing and circulation process,the difficulty of checking and the subsequent storage management of paper work tickets,this paper designs a new type of distributed grid work ticket management system based on convolutional neural network.Mobile terminal technology was introduced to realize online work ticket audit,signing,risk assessment,and remote monitoring.Distributed server technology was introduced to improve the stability and security of the system.Signature verification technology and face recognition technology based on the convolutional neural network were introduced to avoid counterfeiting in the signing and reviewing process.
