摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the properties of wet mixed mortar and the content of machine-made sand and gravel powder,the influence of machine-made sand and gravel powder content on the properties of wet mixed mortar was studied in this paper.The results show that the best effect is obtained when fly ash is added 7%～14%,the best effect is obtained when thickening water retaining agent is added 1.2%～1.8%,the best effect is obtained when air entraining agent is added 0.2%～0.4%,and the best effect is obtained when the content of mechanical sand powder is 5%～15%.Through the design of orthogonal test to optimize the material ratio,the wet mixed mortar has good performance when the content of fly ash,thickening water retaining agent,air entraining agent and mechanical sand powder is 12%,1.8%,0.2%and 10%,respectively.The properties of the prepared wet mixed mortar are higher than the standard level.关键词
