Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the management maturity of international engineering contracting projects in a multicultural context and improve their competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets,this paper proposes a maturity evaluation model based on OPM3.The establishment and application process of this model is as follows:firstly,based on the OPM3 three-dimensional model,the dimension of multicultural conflict management is embedded,and a four-dimensional model for indicator recognition is constructed to obtain evaluation indicators;Secondly,the Delphi method is used to calculate the weight of indicators;Again,construct a maturity evaluation model based on grey theory;Finally,apply the evaluation index system and model to the EMBAKASI aircraft hangar project of the Kenyan Ministry of Defense.Research has shown that the project management maturity is at the control level,and three suggestions have been proposed in the article based on the specific situation of the project.关键词
