Abstract
This paper proposed a building materials procurement risk control model based on the G1 method.Firstly,through literature research and expert visits,the external and internal risks of building materials procurement were constructed to establish a risk index system.Then,the G1 method is used to calculate the index weights.An empirical analysis was conducted using the example of building materials procurement for the Kenya D329 highway project,and the results were generally consistent with the actual situation.Finally,in combination with the risk index system,corresponding strategies and suggestions were provided,in order to provide some reference value in practical engineering projects.关键词
