摘要

Abstract

Fractures play a critical role in storing oil and gas,and cable logging has been extensively used to study fractured reservoirs such as tight sandstone and carbonate rocks in vertical wells.How-ever,there is limited research on the dual induction logging responses of horizontal wells in fractured reservoirs,which affects the evaluation of horizontal wells in fractured reservoirs.Due to the differ-ent engineering environments between horizontal and vertical wells,there are variations in logging response results.In this study,a finite element method is utilized to establish a model of horizontal wells in fractured reservoirs and numerical simulation analysis is conducted on dual induction logging of horizontal well in fractured reservoirs.By analyzing the characteristics of dual induction logging responses when fracture conductivity interacts simultaneously with fracture width,length,and degree of curvature,the study summarized the influence patterns of different factors on the responses of dual induction logging in horizontal wells.The numerical simulation results can provide technical support for the identification and evaluation of fractured reservoirs for horizontal wells.
