土壤四环素类抗生素前处理方法研究
Study on Soil Pretreatment Methods of Tetracycline Antibiotics
摘要
Abstract
In order to establish a pre-treatment method for the determination of tetracycline antibiot-ics in soil,including shaking extraction,freezing separation,and small column purification,the pre-treatment techniques of three tetracycline antibiotics in soil,including extraction methods,extrac-tion solvent types,purification methods,and preservation conditions of the extraction solution,were studied.The tetracycline antibiotics were determined using a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer.The recovery rates of tetracycline antibiotics at different concentration levels using this method range from 80.0%to 118.0%,with a relative standard deviation of less than 20%.This pre-treatment method has strong adaptability,simple operation,and high extraction efficiency,making it suitable for the analysis of tetracycline antibiotic residues in soil.关键词
