Study on Simulation Method and Processing Parameter Optimization in Machining of Disk Parts
摘要
Abstract
The parameters of the constitutive model for fan disk material are identified.In order to fit the finite element model with accurate stress field in the machining,the empirical formula of residual stress of TC11 titanium alloy is modeled,and the simulation method of residual stress is studied.The simulation modeling and verification are carried out on the small end of the fan disk semi-finishing turning.The processing parameters are optimized based on the simulation results of residual stress,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.关键词
