不同莲雾品种盛花期的光合特性及其相关性分析OACSTPCD

以设施大棚内限根+矮化密植栽培模式下的印尼大叶、泰国紫红、本地种、黑金刚等4个莲雾品种为试验材料,分析了其盛花期叶片的生物学性状、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数及其相关性.结果表明:印尼大叶的生物学性状最好,本地种的最差;印尼大叶的叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b和叶绿素a/b最高,黑金刚的叶绿素b含量最高;4个品种之间的实时Fv'/Fm'、qP、qN、NPQ差异较小,ETR差异较大;印尼大叶、泰国紫红的Fv'/Fm'、ETR均显著高于本地种和黑金刚,qN、NPQ则与之相反;4个品种的光响应曲线变化规律一致,印尼大叶的Fv'/Fm'、ETR最高,本地种的则最低.叶片的生物学性状之间呈极显著正相关,叶绿素a与叶绿素b呈负相关,与叶绿素a+b呈极显著正相关;叶绿素b与叶绿素a+b呈负相关;叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b与Fv'/Fm'呈正相关,与ETR呈极显著正相关,与qP、qN、NPQ呈负相关;叶绿素b与Fv'/Fm'呈极显著负相关,与ETR呈负相关,与qP、qN、NPQ呈正相关;Fv'/Fm'与qP呈负相关,与qN、NPQ呈极显著负相关,与ETR呈显著正相关;ETR与qP呈负相关,与NPQ呈显著负相关,与qN呈极显著负相关.综上,印尼大叶和泰国紫红等2个品种的叶片的生物学性状最佳,光合能力较强,是较适合于设施大棚内限根+矮化密植栽培的品种.

The biological traits of leaves as well as photosynthetic characteristics such as chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters during blooming period were studied by using four varieties of Syzygium samarangense,including YNDY,TGZH,NS and HJG as test materials under root restriction and dwarf close planting cultivation patterns in greenhouse.The biological characters,chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves at flowering stage and their correlation were analyzed.The results showed that the leaf biological characteristics of YNDY was the best,while those of NS were the worst.The content of chlorophyll a,a+b and a/b of YNDY was highest,while chlorophyll b content of HJG leaf was highest.The differences of real-time Fv'/Fm',qP,qN,and NPQ were smaller among different varieties of Syzygium samarangense,while the differences of ETR were larger.The Fv'/Fm'and ETR of YNDY and TGZH were higher than those of NS and HJG,while their qN and NPQ were opposite.The patterns of the light response curve were consistent among different varieties.The Fv'/Fm'and ETR of YNDY was highest,while those of NS was lowest.There was significant positive correlation between the biological characters of leaves.Chlorophyll a had a negative correlation with chlorophyll b,and a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll a+b,while there was a negative correlation between chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b.Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a+b had a positive correlation with Fv'/Fm',and they had a very significant positive correlation with ETR,while they had a negative correlation with qP,qN and NPQ.Chlorophyll b had a very significant negative correlation with Fv'/Fm',and it had a negative correlation with ETR,while it had a positive correlation with qP,qN and NPQ.Fv'/Fm'had a negative correlation with qP,and a very significant negative correlation with qN and NPQ,while there was a significant positive correlation between Fv'/Fm'and ETR.ETR had a negative correlation with qP,and it had a significant negative correlation with NPQ,while it had a very significant negative correlation with qN.In summary,biological characteristics of YNDY and TGZH leaves were the best,and photosynthetic capacity was stronger.YNDY and TGZH were the suitable Syzygium samarangense varieties under root-limiting and dwarf close cultivation in greenhouse.
