基于物联网的煤矿井下机电设备状态智能监测
Intelligent Monitoring of the State of Electromechanical Equipment in Coal Mines Based on Internet of Things Technology

Abstract
An intelligent monitoring method based on internet of things(IoT)is proposed for under-ground electromechanical equipment in coal mines.First,the sensor is used to design the signal collector of the internet of things to collect the vibration signal of the electromechanical equipment in the coal mine,and the local wave decomposition algorithm is used to eliminate the noise in the signal to avoid the impact of noise on the monitoring process.Secondly,the signal recognition unit under the internet of things is de-signed,and the discrete Fourier transform method is used to extract the characteristics of the signal.Final-ly,the signal control unit in the internet of things is designed,and the signal characteristics are input into the support vector machine.Through the real-time prediction of the signal,the multi-step automatic mo-nitoring is realized,and the intelligent monitoring of the state of the electromechanical equipment under the coal mine is completed.The experimental results show that the real-time monitoring equipment based on internet of things and intelligent algorithm has good effect and short response time.关键词
